I have multiple nana accounts. What happens if I upgrade to premium?


If your nana accounts share the same Apple ID, the premium features will become available to all your nana accounts after you upgrade one of them to premium.

I uninstalled the nana app after I registered nana premium. Can I still use it?


Install the nana app again, then go to Settings in the Me screen, tap nana premium, and then tap Restore.

If I change devices, will I be able to use my nana premium account?


If you use the same Apple ID, your nana premium account will follow you to the new device.

Can I use my nana premium account on more than one device?


Yes, so long as you use the same Apple ID.

After I registered for nana premium, I cancelled my nana account and made a new one. Can I use nana premium features on this new account?


Yes, the premium features will be available on your new account.

When does my free trial end?


Exactly one month after you register for nana premium. If you register on October 21th, your free trial will end on November 21th. If you register on October 31th, your free trial will end on November 30th, since November has only 30 days.

How can I verify whether I'm registered to nana Premium?

Go to the app "Settings," and verify at "nana Premium." If the display says "Valid," then you are currently registered. If it says "Expired," then you are not registered.
From the home screen, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID (email address)

How can I find my Apple ID?


If you are signed in to iTunes & App Store on your iPhone, you can find your Apple ID in the following way.
From the home screen, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID (email address)

Is there a way to pay for nana premium without using in-app purchases?


You can only pay through in-app purchases, or through your phone carrier in a few select cases.

I want to cancel during my free trial period. By when should I do that?


The free trial period lasts for 30 days after you register, so please cancel within those 30 days.

When will I be charged?


According to Apple’s payment schedule. Please verify this with Apple.

Is it obligatory to register the email address that is shown during registration?


No, this is optional.

My email address has changed. What do I do?


Even if your email address changes, it is not necessary to register again as a user or for nana premium.

Can I use nana premium in my browser?


For now, nana premium is only available for iOS.

Can I use nana premium on Android?


Nana premium is currently for iOS only.
