The app has frozen/terminated

nana instability may be caused by lack of memory on your device.
Please try restarting the device or closing other apps.


To restart device:
[iOS]
1) Hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top right
2) Wait for the power off slider to appear, then drag the slider
3) Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button to turn on power

[Android]
Hold the power button, and tap "Restart" (If Restart does not appear in your options, tap "Power off", then turn the power on again after the screen has gone black.)


To close other apps:
[iOS]
1) Press the device home button twice
2) Once the apps running in the background are displayed, swipe them above for any app you're not currently using
If the problem persists, please also try restarting and re-logging into nana.

[Android]]

3) Tap the wall paper screen
4) Tap on nana icon to start

To logout of nana:
1) Tap [Me] at the bottom right of the nana screen
2) Tap the wheels at the top left
3) Tap [Logout]
4) On the pop-up message, tap [Logout]
